Doc Summary
- Go to the Jobs icon on your dashboard.
- Click on the “No. of Applicants” link for the relevant job.
- A list of all candidates who have applied for this role will appear.
- Under the “Status” column, you can check the current status of each applicant.
| Status | Description |
|---|
| Fresh | The applicant is new and has not yet been screened. |
| Octo Screened | Octo has conducted an interview with the applicant. Status is auto-updated. |
| Client Interview | The candidate has passed Octo screening. The client needs to conduct an interview. |
| Selected | The applicant has been selected for the job. |

- Always ensure you check the most recent status to stay updated on applicant progress.
